By accessing or using the services provided by JS Interview Coach (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including booking coaching sessions through our website or third-party scheduling platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

JS Interview Coach provides one-on-one interview coaching and related consulting services delivered remotely via video conferencing (e.g., Zoom).

All services are advisory and educational in nature. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview success, job offers, or career advancement.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Coaching sessions are booked through Calendly.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time.

  • If you need to reschedule, please do so through Calendly as early as possible.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. No Professional Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality coaching and preparation, results depend on many factors outside our control. JS Interview Coach makes no guarantees regarding job placement, interview outcomes, or hiring decisions.

Our services do not constitute legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information relevant to coaching sessions

  • Participate respectfully and professionally

  • Use coaching materials for personal use only

Session content, frameworks, and materials may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and coaching methodologies provided during sessions or on the website are the intellectual property of JS Interview Coach unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JS Interview Coach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

9. Third-Party Tools

We use third-party platforms including Calendly, Stripe, and Zoom to deliver our services. We are not responsible for outages, technical issues, or policies of these third-party providers.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and used.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
